What does Audria do?

Audria captures audio you choose to record, transcribes it, and turns it into organized, searchable memories, including summaries, reminders, people and topics, and an assistant you can chat with about what you’ve captured.

How do I create an account or sign in?

You can sign in with Apple, sign in with Google, or register with your email and a password. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” Audria works fully with your private relay address.

Is my data private? Do you train AI on my recordings?

Audria is privacy-first. Your audio, transcripts, and memories belong to you, and your audio is stored in access-controlled cloud storage. We do not sell your personal information, we show no ads, and we do not permit our third-party providers to use your personal information to train their own AI models. We may use de-identified data, in a form that does not identify you, to improve our own models, and you can opt out of that by emailing support@audria.tech. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Am I in control of my data?

Yes, completely. You decide whether to keep your data or delete it entirely. You can review your memories, and you can permanently delete any of them or your whole account at any time from within the app.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app and use the account deletion option in settings. Your account is deactivated for a short grace period (so accidental deletions can be undone by signing back in), after which all your data (audio, transcripts, summaries, reminders, voice data, and more) is permanently and irreversibly erased. If you can’t access the app, email support@audria.tech and we’ll handle it for you.

How does billing work?

Paid plans and billing for Audria are managed through the Audria website at audria.tech (coming soon). If you have a billing question in the meantime, email support@audria.tech.

I’m not receiving notifications / reminders.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Audria in your device’s Settings, and that you’ve granted the app notification permission. If it still isn’t working, contact us and tell us your device model and iOS version.

Do I need consent to record others?

You are responsible for using Audria lawfully. Recording laws vary by location, and in many places you must obtain consent before recording a conversation that involves other people. Please follow the laws that apply to you.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email support@audria.tech with as much detail as you can: what you expected, what happened, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots help a lot.
